Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at LaQ Blocks. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days from when you received your order. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.
Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (plastic removed or box open). Plastic wrap and box must not be damaged, cut or have stickers.
In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us via email at email@example.com before sending your return.
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns.
All items marked CLEARANCE and DISCONTINUED are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned unless they were received in damaged condition or if the return is pre-approved by LaQ Blocks staff.
LaQ Blocks offers refunds and exchanges on items purchased from LaQBlocks.com only.
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to us. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for repair or replacement.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
Cancellation and Order Modification Policy
We will do our best to cancel or make any changes to your order; however, as orders are processed as soon as received, modifications to your order may not always be possible. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will attempt to accommodate you. Please note that if you contact us after your order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes to or cancel your order. In that case, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the Return Policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders refused at delivery will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Missing, Lost or Not Delivered Parcel
Packages that are missing, lost or not delivered may or may not be eligible for a refund by the carrier. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions.
