Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimations after the order is processed. Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order before shipping.

Please note that our shipping times are estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific date.

Shipping destinations
LaQ Blocks ships to all 50 United States, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations. U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.​​

Orders shipping within the continental U.S. usually arrive within 3 - 8 business days from ship date. Please allow additional time for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations. 

Tracking information will be e-mailed at the moment the order is processed.

Orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box address can only be shipped via USPS.​

Shipping rates


Orders $39 and over will be shipped free of charge to all 48 continental states.* Orders under $39 will have a flat shipping charge according to table below. To qualify for free shipping you must purchase a total of $39.00 worth of merchandise before taxes and shipping. Not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO destinations.

Orders $50 and over will have a flat shipping charge of $8.95.* To qualify you must purchase a total of $50.00 worth of merchandise before taxes and shipping. Orders under $50 will have the shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Reroute or Expedite packages
We are unable to reroute, expedite or make any changes to the order once it has been processed and a tracking number assigned. Please contact us to make any changes to your order before a tracking number is assigned.

Parcel delays
COVID-19: The post office (USPS) and UPS may delay delivery due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 impacts. While we do not anticipate any further delays, delivery dates are not being guaranteed by the carriers in the meantime.
Delays and updates: USPS and UPS 

There may be several reasons why your item will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Please refer to your tracking number for delay updates from the carrier.

Carriers will sometimes automatically update a shipment as delivered. When a parcel is accidentally marked as delivered it usually arrives on the next business day. Please contact the carrier for more information.​ 

Economy Shipping is not insured by the carrier. Packages shipped under this method are usually sent via First Class or Parcel Select Ground.
Priority Mail options are insured by the Post Office and sent as Priority Mail.
All UPS shipping methods are insured by the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, or packages that are mishandled by the carrier. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Please contact the carrier for further information if a package is delayed, missing, lost or not received even when it indicates delivered. 

For orders shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service):
Contact the local Post Office to ask for details about that day’s delivery and who delivered the parcel. They can usually provide helpful information. (If you call the main USPS office for details they will only inform what the tracking number already says).
In the extreme rare occasion that the parcel is not found, file a claim with the Post Office either online (recommended) or by phone.
